Researcher Performance in Scopus Articles (RPSA) as a New Scientometric Model of Scientific Output: Tested in Business Area of V4 Countries

The purpose of this study is to present a new scientometric model for measuring individual scientific performance in Scopus article publications the field Business, Management, and Accounting (BMA). With help model, also compares publication top 50 researchers according SciVal BMA, each Central European V4 countries (Czech Republic; Hungary; Poland; Slovakia). To analyze excellence total 200 studied, we collected analyzed data 1844 partially redundant 1492 cleansed BMA publications. In scope study, determined quality journals using SCImago, contributions journal articles, number citations data. A comparison performance, as shown by published can be made based on qualities journals, determination aggregated co-authorship ratios, received. Hungary lags behind average V4s terms quantity, but it reaches average. As co-authors between two three; concerning Q4 Q2 publications, typically increases. fact, case these Q multiple results higher citations, not Q1 journals.
